She was 75. The cause of death was heart failure. Charlie, as she was known, is survived by her husband Richard, sons Ethan of San Francisco and Matthew of Costa Rica, sister Pricilla Phillips of Barnstable, Massachusetts and brother Irwin Gordon of Naples, Florida.
