Seattle Seahawks fan club of Orange County to hold Toys for Tots event in Costa Mesa

The OC Seattle Seahawkers, a Seahawks fan club, will hold a special Toys for Tots event Sunday at Costa Mesa Tavern and Bowl at The Triangle in Costa Mesa.

A group of Marines will attend the event, 12:30-5 p.m. The Seahawks take on rival San Francisco in an important NFC West Division game at 1:25 p.m.

Those attending the event can bring a new and unwrapped toy for the charity.

Last month, former Seahawks player Nate Burleson made an appearance at Costa Mesa Tavern and Bowl during a charity event for the Children’s Hospital of Orange County Glass Slipper Guild.
