‘Coaches Wives’ documentary screening at Vanguard

“Coaches Wives” a feature-length documentary film produced and directed by Vanguard University associate professor of cinema arts Jonathan Moore, will be shown Saturday at 7 p.m. at Vanguard’s Lyceum Theater.

The movie, about the joys and challenges of being married to a coach, includes Los Angeles Lakers executive Jeanie Buss, Meo Stansbury (Texas A&M), Kathy Auriemma (Connecticut) and Mindy Rice (UNLV). Numerous coaches’ wives at the middle school, high school and small college level are also featured, including Neezer McNab (Sherman Oaks Notre Dame High), and Daniela Olson (Manhattan Beach Mira Costa High).
