Hank Lloyd receives award

Hank Lloyd, the longtime director at Costa Mesa Tennis Center, received this year’s Pete Brown Memorial Lifetime Achievement Award for the California Division.

Lloyd was honored by the United States Professional Tennis Assn. in June.

The award is giving to the USPTA member who has made the most outstanding contribution to the California Division and the teaching profession, over an extended time.

Lloyd is known for conducting various clinics and tournaments, that feature juniors and up-and-coming pros, at Costa Mesa Tennis Center.
