CMAC earns success at Winterfest

The Costa Mesa Aquatics Club’s boys’ 12-and-under team earned third place in the platinum division at the Winterfest water polo tournament earlier this month.

The team, coached by Kimmie Morrison, Mitchell Grandia, Jose De La Jara and Cody and Dustin Serrano, was one of the CMAC’s squads that had a great showing at the prestigious tournament.

CMAC’s 10U team took third place in its division, the club’s 12U team was fourth and the 16U boys finished 10th.

The Costa Mesa Aquatics Center at Costa Mesa High was a site for the annual tournament, which features teams from all over the nation.
