Esther Lofgren, a rowing gold medalist in the 2012 London Olympics, leads kids in one minute of quick exercise during a guest appearance at Mariners Elementary School on Thursday. Lofgren, who graduated from Newport Harbor, broke the world record with her eight-woman team.
