A P-51 mustang, piloted by Jeff Harris of Newport Beach, takes off for a flyby over John Wayne Airport after an unveiling of the Lacey-Davis Foundation display at the Lyon Air Museum in Santa Ana on Sept. 15. The display was in honor of 1st Lt.  William D. Lacey, who lost his life on July 30, 1944, when his P-51 was hit over France.
