Share

Dr. Boyd’s Pet Resort, a grooming, day care, veterinary, training and boarding facility in Irvine, celebrated its grand opening Dec. 15.

Dr. Boyd’s is open around the clock every day at 8645 Research Drive, offering services ranging from “play-cations” for pets to recovery care for animals needing special medical attention. It also has a location in San Diego.

“Whether it’s just for a few hours or a few days, leaving your pet, particularly during the holidays, can be very stressful,” founder John Boyd said in a statement. “We are thrilled to bring our first-of-its-kind concept to a community that loves pets almost as much as we love caring for them.”
