Christine Caine, co-founder of an organization that aims to prevent human trafficking by educating potential victims, will speak as part of Mariners Christian School's annual golf tournament Monday.

Caine will speak at 11 a.m., during the Ladies Luncheon portion of the event, which benefits financial aid for students, at the Newport Beach Country Club.

Caine founded the A21 Campaign, which is based in Costa Mesa, with her husband, Nick Caine. The organization also partners with law enforcement and community members to assist victims of human trafficking, according to a news release.

"They also prosecute traffickers and strengthen the legal response to human trafficking, while providing legal counsel to every victim in their care, and represent them in criminal proceedings," the release said.

Tickets to the luncheon, which is open to the public, are $50. To sign up for the luncheon or the golf tournament, visit http://www.marinerschristianschool.com.
