OCC to hold plant sale Friday, Saturday
Fall and winter vegetables, succulents and perennials will be up for grabs at Orange Coast College’s plant sale this week.
The fall plant sale will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 3 and 4. Proceeds from the sale will benefit the horticulture department.
OCC is well-known for its annual poinsettia and spring plant sales, which are scheduled for early December and mid-April, according to a news release.
This marks the second year that the college has hosted a fall sale, “which comes just in time for Orange County’s prime planting season,” the release states.
