Coffee with a Cop Wednesday in Costa Mesa

Costa Mesans can talk to a local police officer over a cup of coffee from 8 to 10 a.m. Wednesday.

The Police Department will present the Coffee with a Cop event at Shirley’s Bagels, 270 E. 17th St.

Costa Mesa started holding the meet-and-greets in July.

The casual events are meant to give residents and other community members the chance to chat with police officers and ask questions.
