Kashkari helps open Newport GOP headquarters

Newport Harbor Republican Women celebrated the grand opening of the local Republican campaign headquarters Tuesday with an appearance by the party’s gubernatorial nominee, Neel Kashkari.

The Newport Beach office will offer candidate information and yard signs throughout the campaign season leading to the Nov. 4 general election. Those interested in volunteering can stop in for voter registration sign-ups, precinct walking, making phone calls and other efforts.

The headquarters at 4940 Campus Drive, Suite B, is open from 10 a.m. from 6 p.m. weekdays. Extended hours will begin Oct. 1. The headquarters can be reached at 949-431-8624.
