Share

Looking to open a business in Costa Mesa?

Under a new page launched this week, the city’s website is one place to start the search for office, retail and industrial spaces.

The free online database at https://www.costamesaca.gov/space lets users find a location based on street addresses, square footage and price. It also contains a photo of the property and the agent’s contact information.

“We’ve developed a valuable and powerful tool to help us attract and retain jobs in Costa Mesa,” said Gary Armstrong, economic and development services director. “This is one more advantage of doing business in our city.”

GCR Marketing Network constructed the database for $11,000, according to a city news release. Costa Mesa is paying $6,000 for its annual maintenance.
