‘The Bachelor’ audition is Sunday at Westin hotel

The Westin South Coast Plaza hotel in Costa Mesa is hosting an open audition Sunday for the next season of “The Bachelor.”

From 1 to 5 p.m., “eligible women who are ready to find true love” on the 19th season of the ABC show will be auditioned at the hotel, 686 Anton Blvd.

Organizers said more than 200 women are expected to attend. Applicants must be at least 21.

The Southern California audition is being held simultaneously with one in Westlake, Ohio.

Candidates can also apply online by visiting thebachelor.warnerbros.com.

In 2010, the Westin hosted an audition for the 15th season of “The Bachelor.” More than 300 women showed up.
