Hillary Clinton to hold fundraiser in Newport

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is holding a fundraiser at the Balboa Bay Club in Newport Beach on June 18 from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. for her 2016 presidential campaign.

The minimum donation is $1,000. A $2,700 donation will include a reception with Clinton.

Those who raise $27,000 will be named co-host of the event, attend a host reception and be enrolled in Clinton’s Hillstarters program. Those who raise $50,000 will become an event host, attend a host reception and also receive membership to the Hillstarters organization.

This is just one of several fundraising events that Clinton is holding across the U.S. in hopes of raising $1 billion for her “Hillary for America” 2016 presidential campaign.
