GREG, LEE
Greg Lee, 57, of Corona Del Mar, passed away on September 11, 2012.
He was born in Santa Monica, CA on December 18, 1954, to Audrey Churchill and Donald Lee.
Greg grew up in Corona Del Mar, attended Corona Del Mar High School, lived in Irvine and then returned to CDM where he became one of the premier custom homebuilders in the area. He started his building career as an apprentice and built his way to owning his own company, Greg Lee Builders, Inc.
Greg was a successful motocross rider in his youth, earning many wins and accolades. He was an avid outdoorsman, adding big game hunting and deep-sea fishing to his many passions. Greg treasured his time spent with family and friends when he could share his innumerable stories of past adventures and travels. But he was most happy while outside following the trail of any animal in any wilderness, desert, mountain, ocean or stream. Greg had an infectious passion and curiosity for life that was felt by all who knew him and all he touched.
He is survived by his mother and father, his sisters, Pamela Hickson (Mark) and Pennie Lee and brother, Mark Lee (Cherie) as well as many beloved aunts, uncles, nieces, cousins and faithful friends.
In lieu of flowers his family would be pleased by any donations made to Impact House (Checks payable to Impact) (Reference Donald G. Lee in memo) P.O. Box 93607 Pasadena, CA 91109 or Harvest Crusades P.O. Box 4000 Riverside, CA 92514.
A memorial service is planned for November 10 2012 at 11:30 am at Hope Chapel in Huntington Beach CA.
