Passed away at home from Giloblastoma. Predeceased by husbands, Robert M. Montgomery & Melvin H. Harte. Survived by 3 children, Mark, Marshelle & Michael; 1 stepson, Sheldon; 12 grandchildren. Born in Rolla, North Dakota to Reno Lorenz & Marie Nordmarken. Resided in Costa Mesa, Groveland & Laguna Niguel. Attended Compton J.C., Bachelor of Science in Education at USC (‘49), Master in Education at Chapman University (‘76). She was a Special Education teacher in Newport-Mesa School District for 37 years.

Dorothy enjoyed dancing; Tap, Hula, Ballroom. Loved family gatherings, pets, boating, waterskiing & travel. Baking Norwegian cookies at Christmas was her speciality! She was an inspiration; a role model for a positive attitude and inexhaustible optimism. Her sweetness and love became a part of us, her soul endures with the Lord eternally.
