Man must pay almost $30,000 in restitution for ejaculating in co-worker’s water bottle

A Fullerton man convicted of ejaculating into a female co-worker’s water bottle on two occasions — one of which was in Newport Beach — has been ordered to pay the victim $27,411 in restitution fees.

Michael Kevin Lallana, 32, was convicted in February on two misdemeanor counts of battery and sentenced in April to six months in jail for putting his semen in a co-worker’s bottle while they worked together at Northwestern Mutual Finance Network branches in Newport and Orange.

After the second time, in April 2010, the woman had the tainted water tested in a lab, and DNA taken from the semen came up with a match for Lallana.

Among the restitution charges, an Orange County Superior Court judge ordered Lallana to pay for lab fees, doctor’s visits, and past and future therapy costs, said court spokeswoman Carole Levitzky.
