Tiger Woods puts CdM condo up for sale

A 2,000-square-foot Corona del Mar condo owned by Tiger Woods went on the market April 23.

It’s currently listed for $2.495 million by Surterre Properties.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo at 2616 Ocean Blvd. overlooks the Newport Harbor jetty.

The property was in the news in late 2009 as a footnote in the golfer’s extramarital scandal. According to reports at the time, Woods bought the condo in 2004 for $3 million.

The listing was reported Friday by TMZ.
