Cliff Drive: A caller reported a man in his late 60s or early 70s walked to the beach with a large snake under his jacket at 9:16 a.m. Friday.
Cliff Drive: A caller reported two men harassed people in the 300 block at 10:38 a.m. Sunday. One man was shirtless and saying inappropriate things to passersby.
Cypress Drive: A man reported clothing worth $8,000 to $10,000 was taken in the 300 block at 11:05 a.m. Sunday.
Circle Way: A man and woman were cited for drinking in public at Crescent Bay North at 2:14 p.m. Sunday.
Cliff Drive: A caller reported a black dog on a leash was trying to bite kids at Fisherman’s Cove at 2:01 p.m. Sunday.
North Coast Highway: A police officer reported a window was smashed in the 1500 block at 6:57 p.m. Sunday.
Jasmine Street: A caller reported items were stolen from a white Volkswagen Jetta in the 400 block at 8:42 p.m. Sunday. Items reported taken include a wallet, credit cards, cash, five textbooks, two shirts and a bathing suit.

Laguna Canyon Road: A caller reported someone created fictitious checks using her bank account number in the 3200 block at 10:15 a.m. Friday. The checks totaled $6,488 and were paid to Home Depot.
San Tropez Court: A caller reported someone spread feces on his vehicle in the 100 block at 11:12 a.m. Friday.

Mermaid Street: A caller reported construction workers used drugs inside a vacant house in the 300 block at 4:16 p.m. Saturday.
