Ridgecrest Circle: A suspicious person was reported in the 1100 block at 7:23 a.m. Wednesday.

West Baker Street: A stolen vehicle was reported on the 600 block at 8:18 a.m. Wednesday.

Knox Street: A stolen vehicle was reported on the in block at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Bristol Street: A non-injury traffic collision in reported on the 3300 block at 3:03 p.m.

Newport Boulevard: A residential burglary was in on the 1900 block at 3:23 p.m Wednesday.

Harbor Boulevard: A person was reportedly drunk in public in the 2300 block at 3:50 p.m Wednesday.

West 19th Street: A traffic collision with injuries was reported in the 700 block at 4:04 p.m. Wednesday.

South Coast Drive: A residential burglary was reported in the 1100 block at 8:09 p.m. Wednesday.

Orchard Drive and Irvine Avenue: An attempted kidnapping was reported at 10:22 p.m. Police said the incident is under investigation.

East Coast Highway: A suspicious person was reported in the 3300 block at 11:27 a.m. Wednesday.

Ticonderoga Street and Superior Avenue: A non-injury traffic collision was reported at 3:19 p.m. Wednesday.

Irvine Avenue: Road rage was reported in the 1000 block at 4:09 p.m. Wednesday. Officers told reporting parties to contact Costa Mesa police.

Orchid Avenue: A hit-and-run involving a parked vehicle was reported in the 600 block at 5:04 p.m. Wednesday.

Newport Center Drive West: A man reportedly found sleeping in his vehicle in violation of the municipal code was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for driving with a suspended license. The incident took place in the 1100 block at 5:08 p.m. Wednesday.

University Drive: A vehicle burglary was reported in the 2300 block at 6:19 p.m. Wednesday.

West Balboa Boulevard: A fight was reported in the 1700 block at 2:07 a.m. Thursday.

25th Street: A suspicious person was reported near the beach at 3:02 a.m. Thursday.
