Elementary election: The Nov. 7 article “Davis Magnet holds an election of its own” incorrectly spelled a name. The correct spelling is Asaph Sendrey.

Christmas Tree: The Oct. 16 article “Christmas tree delivered” incorrectly stated that the 96-foot white fir from Mt. Shasta was installed at Newport Center Plaza. In fact, the tree was installed at South Coast Plaza’s Town Center Park.
