Recovery home: The Aug. 17 article “Judge denies request to shut down Morningside facilities” incorrectly stated that the temporary restraining order was the precursor to revoking Morningside Recovery’s licenses for its three licensed residential treatment facilities. The legal maneuver was the precursor to a permanent injunction barring Morningside from providing treatment at its seven unlicensed homes. Evidence is expected to be presented in October. In fact, there is a separate legal action to permanently revoke Morningside’s licenses for its three licensed residential treatment facilities that went before a judge in May.
