In the mix: Foodie favorite Taco Maria, at the OC Mix at SOCO in Costa Mesa, has begun offering an a la carte dinner menu featuring gourmet tacos and small plates from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Wednesdays. One-stop shop: Two local Costa Mesa fashionistas have started a new curated online consignment boutique at shopshowcase.com. They have announced a new promotion: Those who spend more than $300 will receive a pair of Barton Perreira sunglasses valued at $400. In addition to the consignment marketplace, they also offer a Closet Magic program to help people declutter and maximize their closets.

Dine-in deals: The Fireside Tavern at the Crowne Plaza, 3131 Bristol St., Costa Mesa, has introduced a new series of Tavern Nights from 4 to 10 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays. On Taco Tuesdays, enjoy fish, chicken or beef tacos for $2 each. On Wine Down Wednesdays, enjoy brown bag bottles of wine for $15. Burgers & Brew Thursdays offer a new specialty burger each week paired with an on-tap craft beer for $15. On Live Music Fridays, the tavern will feature local talent.
