Fairfield is a gorgeous young Lynx Point Siamese cat who, like many cats, became lost, or was born outdoors and is seeking food.

Community Animal Network has a humane animal trapper that feeds groups of cats living outdoors. All colors and breeds decorate cat colonies, and the feeding locations are kept secret due to the fact that people continue to abandon cats without consideration for their survival and the costs to manage a cat colony.

Cats living in managed colonies are dependent on donations received for their food and care. Kitties that have a tipped ear like Fairfield have been trapped, neutered and released to then be fed.

Kitties that were once people’s pets live in these cat colonies too. They have strong survival instincts and will run from noise and the approach of a human. It’s sad to know the incredible numbers of lost cats that live outdoors with no ability to be returned to their owners because they had no identification or miraculous life-saving implanted microchip.

We need your help because we have nowhere to move cats when property owners threaten poisoning as the solution.
