Pet of the Week

Share

When these kittens were just days old, the people at Community Animal Network thought they looked like tiny little bears, so we nicknamed them The Three Bears. The three sable (brown-black), bottle-fed kittens now are named after well-known bear characters: Winnie, Honey and Cindy (Yogi Bear’s girlfriend).

All three kittens get along with dogs, are very social, gentle and friendly, and use lots of eye contact to tell you they love you. These kittens love laps, too, and purr loudly when picked up. You couldn’t ask for better kittens.

The community-supported Community Animal Network helps local animals in need. Its kittens are known for being “pet-quality,” healthy and sociable — it can be a challenge to tame kittens that have been born outdoors and aren’t familiar with the human touch.
