Pet of the Week

Share

Spring is the season when Community Animal Network’s rescue call lines can exceed 300 calls a month. Kittens are found in backyards, bushes, industrial areas and boatyards, which means a need for feeding stations and volunteers and more funds.

This is the first year we are working with a homeless camp. We are finding the animals friendly and well-loved but in need of vaccinations and altering. Your donations are always needed to help.

Currently, we have two litters of rescued kittens that were out in the extreme heat and, when rescued, were limp and dehydrated. They are thriving now. Several other mother cats are still at the camp needing a foster family to provide a safe indoor home for them and their kittens. Please consider getting involved to help!
