Feast of displays

A neighborhood within Eastside Costa Mesa will begin displaying holiday displays from about 5 to 10 p.m. nightly, Friday through about Christmas Day. Some 30 homes near Kaiser Elementary School on Santa Ana Avenue, Iris Place, Lilac Lane and Aster Place have been in decorative holiday spirit for about five years. The tradition brings thousands of visitors on car and foot, and school groups who sell or perform to raise funds.
