Rocky is the Dalmatian mix dog that Community Animal Network posted in the Daily Pilot in late October, under the name of Dusty. At that time, concerned citizens had notified C.A.N. about the dog living in an abandoned warehouse.

Several readers were concerned enough to call, but none were able to foster him. Animal control helped pull the dog from the street and discovered it had a microchip with a registered owner, but the handicapped owner was unable to claim his dog.

This soft grey, black-spotted dog now waits for a forever home at the city shelter in Huntington Beach. "He is an awesome dog and is up for adoption," we have been told.
