Singles’ Shabbat

A singles’ pot luck dinner to celebrate Shabbat will be held at 6 p.m. at Temple Isaiah, 2401 Irvine Ave., Newport Beach. Participants are asked to bring either a vegetarian or dairy dish. Family Shabbat Service

Temple Bat Yahm, 1011 Camelback St., Newport Beach, holds a Family Shabbat Service at 6 p.m., followed by a Family Shabbat Dinner and Oneg Shabbat. The service will be led by Rabbi Mark S. Miller, Rabbi Gersh Zylberman and Cantor Jonathan Grant and will feature the “Glee-Kim” of third- through seventh-grade students. Guests are invited. Peter Pan At The Library

The Newport Beach Public Library and the Orange County Performing Arts Center present a behind-the-scenes program with cast members of the threesixty˚ entertainment production of J.M.
