Homage to The Dude

“Joe Forkan — The Lebowski Cycle,” a painting exhibit, is at Frank M. Doyle Arts Pavilion, Orange Coast College, 2701 Fairview Road, Costa Mesa. The exhibit blends masterpieces of Western art with images from the 1998 film “The Big Lebowski.” Pavilion is open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Closed Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays.

All About Owls

The Little Naturalist program at the Environmental Nature Center will give an outdoor class about owls for children ages 3 to 5. Children will have an opportunity to touch owl wings and talons.
