Arthur D. Ando, a physical therapist and Pilates expert, will give a workshop on “The five-step functional approach,” as part of Orange Coast College’s fifth annual Pilates Guest Speaker series. Canstruction Orange County

Check out the 15 structures made out of canned foods that will be displayed throughout South Coast Plaza during Festival of Children, all of which will later be donated to the Orange County Food Bank.
