99% Spring Protest

In conjunction with a National Day of Action, the 99% Spring movement — sponsored by MoveOn.Org — will stage a non-violent protest from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Bank of America branch at 3300 E. Coast Hwy., Newport Beach.

Angels Executive in Newport

Dennis Kuhl, chairman of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, will be the featured speaker at the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce’s Innovative Leaders Program. The Newport Center United Methodist Church will offer a support group for people affected by the loss of a loved one. The group meets from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. on Sundays.
