Virtuoso Violinist in Concert

The Pacific Symphony presents a concert with Israeli violinist Vadim Gluzman, who will perform Tchaikovsky’s “Violin Concerto” on a Stradivarius made in 1680. The concert, which starts at 8 p.m. at the Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall, 600 Town Center Drive in Costa Mesa, will feature the world premiere of composer Michael Daugherty’s “The Gospel According to Sister Aimee,” which will be performed by renowned organist Paul Jacobs. Peddler’s Market

The Piecemakers Country Store, 1720 Adams Ave., Costa Mesa, will put on its Peddler’s Market from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. As many as 90 vendors will be selling everything from flea market and rummage sale items to antiques and collectibles. Santa Ana Air Base Reunion

Orange Coast College’s Student Center will be the venue for a 70th anniversary celebration of the former Santa Ana Army Air Base.
