Professional yoga teacher Donald Moyer has advocated the Iyengar method of yoga for the past 40 years. In the first two chapters, he demonstrates the different variations and alternatives of the Salamba Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) and the Salamba Sirsasana (headstand).
