Willard and Gayle Courtney

Willard and Gayle Courtney enjoyed celebrating their 75th Wedding Anniversary on July 5th. They were married in Santa Ana, CA in 1937.
Residents of Newport Beach for the past 60 years, they are joined by their daughter Kathy Schwarz and husband Ken of Newport Beach, grandson Kenny Schwarz
of Alexandria, VA, granddaughter Kristin Pelinka and husband Rob of Newport Beach, and great-grandchildren Durham and Emery Pelinka. Willard Courtney was
a businessman in the area, a partner in Courtney and Lester Tire Co., a partner in C and L Properties, and an officer in Costa Mesa Savings and Loan He was active in
community affairs, serving on the board of the Boys and Girls Club and president of Kiwanis.
